Can I buy boxes and other packing products from Treasure Island Storage?
Yes, all Treasure Island Storage locations have boxes, tape, bubble wrap and other packing materials for sale.
Do your locations have video camera security?
All Treasure Island Storage facilities use video cameras to provide added security. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.
Do you need a PIN number to access storage areas?
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
What is climate controlled storage?
Climate controlled storage units maintain a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees. This helps protect your stored belongings from extreme temperature changes. Many of our facilities offer climate controlled storage.
Do I get a lock when I rent a storage unit ?
You may purchase a new lock at your local Treasure Island Storage facility. We offer a variety of sizes and types of locks.
What's the difference between office hours and access hours?
Office hours is the time period during which a storage Manager is available to assist you. Access hours is the time period during which you may access your storage unit. For access to your unit, please contact the storage Manager at you specific Treasure Island Storage location.
What are the payment terms?
Treasure Island Storage is committed to making your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® each month. Or you can pay in person at your specific location. Online payments are coming soon.

What sizes storage units are available and how do I pick my size?
