TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions of renting a storage unit at Treasure Island Storage. By checking this box, you agree to the following:

Start Date
You agree the Occupancy Agreement and rent commencement date will be today, regardless of when you actually move into the storage unit.

Payment
You agree to provide prompt payment as specified in the Occupancy Agreement. Late payments are subject to late fees as outlined in the Occupancy Agreement.

Billing
Your payment today covers your first billing cycle only.

Agreement
You agree to sign a month- to-month Occupancy Agreement and show proper identification prior to taking possession of the storage unit.

Access Hours
You agree to access the storage unit only during posted access hours for this storage location. Access hours are subject to change from time to time.

Access Code
You will only receive your access code to the storage unit once the Occupancy Agreement is signed and proper identification is provided.

Identification
You agree to provide a United States or State Government issued photo ID at time of signing of the Occupancy Agreement.

Storage Unit Size
Advertised unit sizes are approximations. Actual sizes may vary slightly from unit to unit.

Reservation of Rights
Treasure Island Storage reserves the right to deny service for any reason that adversely impacts the security and safety of our customers, employees or facility. Treasure Island Storage may at its discretion substitute a unit of greater size, or configuration.

FREE MONTH

Our FREE MONTH promotion is based on your rental start date so that you receive the most benefit possible. All promotions are based on specific unit type & availability.

MONTH TO MONTH

We rent our storage units on a month-to-month basis to give you as much flexibility as possible. No long-term commitments are required.

Admin Fee

This is a one-time administration fee to cover account processing and unit preparation prior to move-in.

Monthly billing

We are pleased to offer AutoPay, our automatic payment system designed to make your life easier. Never miss a monthly payment by enrolling in this safe & secure system with your preferred credit or debit card. As long as you have a valid card enrolled, you have our NO LATE FEE guarantee.

Moving help

We are pleased to offer several solutions that can alleviate the added stress of moving. Our MOVE-IN services range from free use of our easy to drive vans, to 2 hours of complimentary truck & driver service. Check the box, and our professional storage consultants will contact you and recommend the best service to meet your needs.
