What sized units do you have? 
We have a variety of sizes from small locker units to large commercial spaces with dedicated lighting. You can use our storage calculator or call our professional storage associates to determine the best size unit for your needs.

Do you offer moving? 
We are pleased to offer several moving service options based on the size of your storage unit. We offer a Free, two-hour move with our professional moving partner, or the Free use of our easy to drive Treasure Island Storage van.

What do I need to use the Storage Van?
To use our Storage Van, we require a valid state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. There is a $15 service fee and a $100 deposit that will refunded when the van is returned. All we ask is that the gasoline that was is used be replaced.

What is the minimum required time to store? 
We are pleased to offer month to month storage agreements. You can store as long as you need. We remain flexible to meet all of your storage needs.

Will I be the only one with access to my unit? 
When you rent a unit with us, you get a unique access code. You will be the only one to have access to your unit.

Do you have a contract? 
Our storage agreement is month-to-month. No long term contracts are required.

When is payment due? 
The Monthly Occupancy Charge is due and payable on the day you move in, and the same day of the month each month you continue to store with us.

Do you offer packing supplies? 
The Treasure Island Storage office carry a wide array of packing supplies.

Do I need a lock? 
Yes, you are required to lock your storage unit at all times. You can purchase a secure lock on site when you move in.

Is the StorSafe protection mandatory?
All storage guests are required to protect their goods while storing with us. The StorSafe protection plan is a convenient and affordable way to meet your protection requirement.

Do you have a loading dock?
All Treasure Island Storage facilities have several loading docks to make moving your possessions to the unit as easy as possible.
Do you have elevators? 
To accommodate the volume of traffic at our facilities we have several elevators for use.

Can I make a payment online? 
We accept payments online, via phone, or you can set-up automatic payments for greater convenience. You can also download our Free mobile app for complete account management from your phone.

What does climate control mean?
Climate controlled storage units are temperature controlled. This means we use reasonable efforts to maintain an ambient air temperature inside the building of between 55 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Can I visit my property after hours? 
Extended and 24-hour access is permissible at select locations. All other indoor units are accessed during business hours. Please call your storage location directly for exact hours of access.

Do you accept packages? 
Yes, we do accept packages on your behalf from USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and are held in the main office for a couple of days for you to pick them up.

Do you offer off-street parking? 
Yes, all Treasure Island Storage facilities provide ample parking for you when you visit your storage unit.

Can I downgrade my unit? 
Absolutely, your needs storage needs may change from time to time. We can help you select the best storage unit to suit your situation at any time.

Does Treasure Island Storage accept HRA or public assistance checks?
Yes, we do. Our friendly staff can provide a rental breakdown for costs to move in for our customers to provide to a public assistance agent. Monthly checks can be sent directly to your storage location for bill payments.

What happens with my unit goes up for auction?
Auction proceedings begin when you reach a certain stage of delinquency. We understand people go through tough times on occasion, and we are committed to working with you. We encourage you to contact your facility manager with any questions about your account status.
